How to record Live programs in HD format on Tlink Decoders?

If you plan to record HD video programs with tlink decoders, you are highly recommended to buy an external hard disk drive instead of a USB flash drive. Although USB works fine, however, even the largest USB flash drive in terms of memory is equivalent of the smallest external hard disk drive. After you have prepared all the required settings, just proceed to with the steps below:

> On your remote press menu>>Expansion>>PVR Settings
> You can adjust the recording options here to your taste but i will personally advice you to leave it as default.
> When you are done with the settings, now exit to the channel or program you wish to watch.
When you have put an end to your recordings, simply goto expansions>>usb to view your recorded channels at any point in time.
> More you to watch the videos which is by default .ts on your computer or mobile phone, you need to convert the file to a video format playable by your pc or phone e.g .mp4 format. Softwares like total video converter or ImTOO HD Video Converter 6 will come handy.

Play and convert Tlink Decoder files

When the program recording is done, you may wish to enjoy the recorded HD programs not only on your Tlink decoders but also on other devices such as computer, smartphone or tablets. As the TS files recorded by the Tlink decoders are encrypted with strict protection, you will need a special program to remove that protection and then convert the non-protected Tlink decoders TS files to your desired file formats. Extensive research by Lemmy morgan shows that only Pavtube Video Converter Ultimate for Windows/Mac can perform that conversion for you. The program convert automatically bypass the encryption on Tlink decoder TS files in the background and then convert that file to any of your desired file formats or device and program preset profile formats.

Besides that, you can also use the program to adjust the output profile settings such as video codec, bit rate, frame rate, resolution and audio codec, bit rate, sample rate and channels to get the best playback settings for your devices. The built-in full editing package of the program enables you to trim or cut video files to remove unwanted parts or segments, crop video to remove the unwanted black bars or area, add image/video/transparent text watermark to video, apply special rendering effect to video, flip or rotate video angel, remove/replace audio in video, add external srt/ass/ssa subtitles to video, split large video into small clips by file size, count or length or merge separate video into one file.
